Fedex Express has delivered rare Buddhist artefacts from mainland China to Taipei for an exhibition at the Taiwan National Palace Museum. FedEx Express provided air and ground transportation and logistical support to deliver the items.

The "Sacred Land Tibet-Treasures from the Roof of the World" exhibit, which will showcase a collection of rarely-shown Tibetan Buddhist artefacts, will be held in Taiwan from July 1 to 19 September 19.

The 130 pieces, which include statues, paintings, mandalas and other sacred objects dating back to the 5th century, are drawn exclusively from special collections at museums in Tibet, Chengde and Beijing, as well as palaces and monasteries including the Potala Palace, a FedEx statement said.
