Dutch postal and express company TNT said it is increasing rates within Europe for its Express services by an average of 3.5 percent as part of a global yield improvement program, Dow Jones reported.

TNT said it remains fully committed to the continued investment in its infrastructure in order to maintain the highest levels of service to its customers.
