On November 26, SISI Secretary-General Zhen Hong and Distinguished Researcher Liu Xunliang paid an official call on Liang Xian, former General Manager of the Research Department at China Merchants Group in Shekou. On behalf of SISI, they engaged Mr. Liang as the Member of the Expert Committee and consulted his opinions on the development of SISI.
