At about 14:00 on September 4, led by Deputy Director Wang Qing of Archives Administration of Pudong New Area Shanghai, and Deputy Office Chief Zhang Ke of Party Affairs & Administration under Archives Administration of Pudong New Area, a group of four officials held an eventful meeting with SISI leaders on behalf of the General Office of CPC Shanghai Pudong New Area Committee at the conference room of SISI.

The District Committee and Government decided to hold a permanent "Exhibition of Pudong New Area's Development and Opening-up" at Pudong Expo since the end of December 2009 in order to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the development and opening-up of Pudong. On the large dome screen the three-dimensional film "Pudong 2020" produced the appearance of Pudong by 2020 and the brilliant achievements gained in the development of the international shipping and financial centers.

With a view to better understanding the great significance of building the core area of the "International Shipping Center" in Pudong, accurately showing the prominent changes in Pudong shipping and logistics industry in the next decade, and effectively portraying the grand blueprint of Pudong in 2020, leaders of the Pudong New Area Committee and the shipping center listened attentively to advices from SISI’s leaders and experts on the key changes and typical events to be witnessed in Pudong by 2020.
