Upon invitation, Secretary-General Prof. Zhen Hong of SISI delivered a keynote speech on "The Development of Ports and the Shipping Center" at the Bank of Communications Head Office on the afternoon of November 4. This lecture was chaired by Tong Xuewei, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking at the Bank of Communications Head Office.

Prof. Zhen began with the discussion on the development models and trends of international ports, and then enlarged upon the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center as well as the financing methods of ports and shipping. At last, Deputy General Manager Tong Xuewei concluded the lecture.
