All participants appreciated the model of this seminar. Speaking freely in a relaxed and lively atmosphere, they pooled wisdoms and efforts together for future development of SISI and the establishment of a more excellent team.

At the afternoon session, after reviewing the successes and failures of SISI's operations in 2009, all staff discussed the directions and emphasis for SISI in 2010, and expressed their opinions and advices on the long-term planning and development of SISI in the future.

At the morning session, SISI Secretary-General Prof. Zhen Hong discussed the issues of universal concerns raised from the previous session and briefly summarized the aspects to be improved and basic reform programs for SISI.

On the afternoon of November 26 and the morning of November 27, all SISI staff participated in a Two-day Development Seminar at the conference room of Shajiabang Hotel.
