At 14:00 on October 12, 2009, the Conference on Management of SISI's Subordinate Institutes was held at the conference room on the third floor of SISI. The conference was chaired by SISI Deputy-General Li Gang, and participated by Deputy-General Zhen Hong and directors of subordinate institutes.

The conference centered mainly on the operation and management of subordinate institutes. Firstly, the directors summarized the current operation and development of respective institutes, detailed the achievements and problems since the establishment in addition to putting forward related advices and future plans. The participants were involved in heated discussions about the Measures for Establishment and Administration of SISI Subordinate Institutes (Trial). Combining with actual works, the experts summed up experiences, raised questions and gave suggestions for improvement through mutual exchange and mutual inspiration.

At Last, Secretary-General Zhen Hong made a concluding speech. The consensus reached at the conference will play an important and positive role in guiding the future of SISI.

Furthermore, the Fire Safety System of SISI was determined and Letter of Responsibility for Comprehensive Management of Safety and Public Security in SISI was signed by directors of all institutes at the conference.
