Otto Marine has invested an additional S$8.2m in seismic survey company Reflect Geophysical. Otto subsidiary Otto Ventures subscribed to 5.7m new shares in Reflect Geophysical at cost of S$8.2m. The investment increase Otto’s stake in Reflect Geophysical to 81.84% compared to 81.56% previously.
