On the afternoon of January 26, Huang Youfang, Vice President of Shanghai Maritime University, led a visit to Shanghai Municipal Office of Finance Service, and held talks with the Office’s Deputy Director Xu Quan and Head of Financial Cooperation Division, exchanging views on the cooperation of scientific research and the work of SISI Shipping Finance Institute. Accompanying experts included SISI Secretary-General Zhen Hong and Deputy Secretary-General Li Gang, as well as Professor Gan Aiping of Shipping Finance Institute.

Vice President Huang Youfang introduced the scientific research of Shanghai Maritime University as well as the construction and development of SISI. Deputy Director Xu Quan promised strong supports from Shanghai Municipal Office of Finance Service for Shanghai Maritime University and SISI and offered constructive guidance on future work of Shipping Finance Institute. There were also extensive discussions on strengthening mutual exchanges, and carrying out multi-domain cooperation and researches.
