On September 25, 2013, the delegation of Shanghai International Shipping Institute visited COSCO America. Zhou Wei and Lu Zemin, Executive Vice President of COSCO America gave a kind reception.

Both sides discussed about the difference between New York and Shanghai in intangible infrastructure for shipping industry development, such as legal system, tax structure and government service. Mr. Zhou briefed the status quo of high-end shipping service development in NY & NJ, such as shipping finance, insurance, arbitration, consulting, etc. Both sides also expressed wishes for further communication and cooperation.
