US carrier JetBlue Airways is offering a new route between Long Beach, California and Anchorage, Alaska.

    This follows in the wake of agreements with both Lynden International, a freight forwarding and logistics firm, and Northern Air Cargo, reports Air Cargo Asia Pacific.

    It said Anchorage is the US carrier's 33rd cargo handling port, according to Edward McDonald, its system manager for cargo.
