White Paper on Shipping Policy and Law Development of Shanghai 2011 and White Paper on Shipping Policy and Law Development of Shanghai 2012 issued by the Shipping Policy and Law Institute of Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI) were officially collected by Tulane University of the US in April 2014, entering the library of US higher-education system.
