couple of delegates from the Dutch
Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment visited
Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI) today.
The
Dutch guests were very interested in an ongoing research project of SISI on the
subject of emission standards and position of major global container ports, and
had a heated discussion with researchers at SISI on the situation of Shanghai
and China as a whole.
