This project is focused on how to closely combine the port & shipping development plan (seaport) with the construction of Shanghai international shipping center, and how, according to the latter’s goals and requirements, to set the goals for port & shipping development during the 12th Five-year Period. It also aims to work out practicable measures regarding shipping development, informatization and relevant policy studies, so as to accurately position the port & shipping development in the 12th Five-year Period and formulate practicable and operable plans.
