As one of the 21 key logistic cities in the country, Nanjing boasts all five transportation modes of road, railway, waterway, aviation and pipeline. The 12th Five-year Period is a critical period for Nanjing to build the Yangtze River International Shipping & Logistics center that’s based in the Nanjing metropolitan circle, oriented toward the international market, and serving the Yangtze River Basin and central and western regions.
