January 22nd, 2015 witnessed the
signing ceremony of memorandum of understanding between Shanghai International
Shipping Institute (SISI) and Foreign Language College of Shanghai Maritime
University on two practice bases, namely, Master of Translation and
Interpreting (MTI) Practice Base and Maritime English Translation &
Research Base.
SISI thus shows willingness in contributing
to the efforts in developing these bases by Foreign Language College of SMU and
Maritime Language Information Processing and Translation Research Center (MIPTREC)
respectively.
