On the afternoon of September 18, Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI), together with Shanghai Municipal Foreign Affairs Office co-held news briefing on institutional innovations in shipping in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone which attracted dozens of famous overseas media including Reuters and Bloomberg.

Secretary General of SISI, Mr. Zhen Hong delivered a keynote speech focusing on three aspects, namely basic information about Shanghai FTZ, negative list of 2013 and 2014 and comments on new shipping policies adopted in Shanghai FTZ. Ms. Zhao Nan, Director of Port Research Department answered questions raised by journalists in detail. After that, led by Mr. Xu Kai, Director of Shipping Informatization Department, all journalists visited SISI’s China Shipping Big Data Laboratory.
