Global forwarder Kuehne + Nagel and Coesia Group have been recognised at the recent "Logistics Award of the Year" event in Milan for a new supply chain visibility and management solution.

Coesia, a group of innovation-based industrial solutions companies operating globally, recently set, among its objectives, to reduce complexity, centralise and control logistics costs, and increase visibility across its entire supply chain operations.

Working in close collaboration, Kuehne + Nagel and Coesia Group successfully implemented a new supply chain visibility and management solution encompassing all multi-modal flows (air, sea and road freight) as well as contract logistics activity.

Thanks to advanced and tailor-made reporting activities which provide specific details, Coesia Group has achieved its aims of increased process and operational efficiency as well as enhanced controlling.
