On the morning of June 14, Prof. Sergio Prete, president of Taranto Port Anthority, together with his two colleagues Debora Marullo and Cristina Carriere came to Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI) and had a talk with Prof. Zhen Hong, secretary-general of SISI. Sergio Prete updated the port’s latest developments and answered questions of Prof. Zhen’s interest. It is their third visit to SISI after the signing of MOU with SISI. Their main purpose of this trip to Shanghai is to take part in transport logistic China.

In the afternoon, Sergio Prete gave a lecture to SISI researchers and postgraduates which themed on Italian port system.
