Chinese Premier Li Keqiang makes a visit to Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) on November 21, 2016. Premier Li said the fairer the market is, the markets' main players would be more vigorous. Li Keqiang clicked the mouse twice and drew 27 food enterprises and 10 law enforcement officers randomly for inspection during his visit. The FTZ, officially opened on September 29, 2013 and backed by Premier Li, is the first free-trade zone in China. This is the Premier Li's third visit to the free trade zone in three years.
