NDO America, Inc., a leading provider of global logistics solutions, has leased 26,853 square feet of high image industrial space in Rancho Dominguez, CA for relocation within the South Bay area, announces The Klabin Company/CORFAC International.

    Following building improvements, NDO plans a Dec. 1 occupy of its new location at 18300 S. Wilmington Ave. in Dominguez Technology Center.  Approximately 30 people will be employed at the site.

    Luke Staubitz, SIOR, Harvey Beesen and Matt Stringfellow of Klabin/CORFAC represented the Carson Companies, the property owner.  Staubitz and Andrew Dilfer, also of Klabin/CORFAC, represented NDO.  Consideration for the six-year lease was in excess of $1 million.

    NDO America, part of the Norbert Dentressangle Group, is an International Freight Forwarder providing logistic solutions to its customers nationwide. Their core services are import/export air and ocean transportation, warehousing, domestic transportation, as well as customs house brokerage.  The company’s new facility in Rancho Dominguez will be both an operational facility as well as their U. S. Corporate office.

    The 10-year-old facility features 7134 square feet of office space, six truck high loading doors, 24-foot minimum warehouse clearance, 120-foot truck court depth, and 54 on-site parking spaces.
