FRENCH shipping giant CMA CGM will levy a rate increase of US$150 per TEU on cargo from Asia to South Africa effective January 13.
Calling the increase a General Rate
Restoration, it will apply to all dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk cargo
from Asia including China and South Korea to all South African ports.
