FRENCH shipping giant CMA CGM will increase rates from Asia to West Africa US$500 per TEU from January 1 in what it calls a "general rate restoration".
This will apply to all cargo dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk from Southeast Asia and east coast of India to West Africa ports.
