Kuehne + Nagel recently launched 18 new routes in the Asia-Pacific region.
Together with the introduction of a series of less-than-container-load (LCL) services in mid-April, they complement the company's existing range of LCL products, consisting of 276 direct and 88 multinational gateway services.
The new additions consist of 13 direct and five gateway services, featuring weekly/twice-weekly sailings between key ports in Asia, such as Yokohama, Hong Kong, Huangpu, Yantian, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Singapore, Karachi, Pusan, Colombo, Jakarta, Chennai and Penang as well as to Europe, Canada and the Middle East.
Just like the company's existing LCL services, the newly implemented routes are operated under Blue Anchor Line, Kuehne + Nagel's in-house NVOCC.
