International Container Terminal Services Inc posted a 15 per cent increase in net income for the first half of 2025 to US$483.8 4million, reported Saint Petersburg's PortNews.
Port operations revenue rose 14 percent year-on-year to US$1.51 milion. EBITDA grew 15 per cent to US$990.54 million, while diluted earnings per share reached US$0.235, up 17 per cent.
Throughput totalled 6,989,075 TEUs, marking an 11� per centt increase. Growth was recorded despite excluding new Philippine operations and discontinued Indonesian activities.
Recurring net income climbed 20 per cent. Tariff changes, stronger container mix and ancillary services supported revenue, offset in part by weaker MXN and BRL.
Cash operating expenses rose 9 per centto US$381.73 milliion, while financing charges and other costs fell 7 per cent to US$87.81 million.
Capital expenditures reached US$231.98 million. ICTSI estimates full-year capex at around US$580 million for expansion in Mexico, the Philippines, Brazil and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
