THIRTY-SEVEN containers were jettisoned from the barge CSF 2302 on the Sungai Batanghari River in Indonesia as they were being towed by the tug Cathay III Tujuan Singapura on their way to Singapore.
 

    A report by Indonesia's Tribun News said the containers were jettisoned because they were improperly stacked, causing the barge to list.

    The action was said to have made the Pelabuhan Talang Duku Port in Jambi province, Sumatra, inaccessible to other vessels, and all services had to be redirected to Desa Muaro Jambi.
