CHINA's aviation executives met recently in Shanghai at the annual Aviation Outlook China forum to share views on the state of the world's fastest growing aviation market.
 

    The market is steadily on the rise with passenger numbers targeted to grow at 10.8 per cent each year and predicted to become the fastest-growing aviation market by 2014, according to reports released by the event organisers.
 

    China is expected to invest more than US$228 billion in the industry over the next five years to cater for the rising tide of demand. The Chinese aviation industry is embarking on an aggressive strategy to increase their fleet capacity, invest in airport infrastructure growth and forge new alliances and partnerships.
