Appnuity joins enVista portfolio of supply chain services divisions
Date:2012-01-13 Readers:

EnVista, a leading enterprise, transportation and supply chain consulting services firm, jointly announced that Appnuity, a leading technology support and IT consulting services firm, has joined enVista as a dedicated IT services division.

“We are very excited to bring Appnuity into our portfolio of enterprise solutions and to provide our enterprise and supply chain clients a full range of IT solutions and support,” said Jim Barnes, enVista president and CEO. “We see many synergies across our respective solutions and clients, as well as our business strategy and approach. enVista clients benefit from using a single service provider for all of their supply chain and IT technology solutions. This new partnership allows us to offer streamlined technology implementations, reduced costs and added convenience.”

Headquartered in Indianapolis, Appnuity has been providing dependable technology services to the nonprofit and corporate sectors since 1999. Appnuity supports both premise and cloud- based technologies and focuses on the four practice areas of private cloud computing, virtualization, hosted and managed services, and IP telephony and call center services.

“We are pleased to join forces with another thriving, Indiana-based technology firm,” said Appnuity President David Eckel. “We look forward to bringing enVista enhanced IT expertise to complement their supply chain consulting service. The merger provides Appnuity a national business presence, increases our client footprint and provides our existing clients a broader consultancy that can address their technology needs from source to consumption.”
