China Shipping Information Website Launched New Version
Date:2011-10-27 Readers:

In order to meet the growing demands of the information era for online resources and to better serve online subscribers, China Shipping Information Website (www.chinashippinginfo.net) was launched with a new look. The new site will officially provide online service on October 27, 2011.

Aiming to provide “comprehensive and refined information”, the revision of the website strives to build a one-stop shipping information service platform, providing readers with comprehensive and efficient access to port and shipping information. By changing the old-fashioned interface, using latest web design process and rearranging site maps, the website now boasts clearer visualization, easier browsing, and more succinct interface.

The website has reset its columns, adding “Expert Views”, “Shipping Prosperity Index” and other new columns. Based on the preservation of main contents, the new site amends and integrates columns, avoiding the inconvenience of browse change-over caused by excess sub-columns. According to the site’s customer base, the original “Regulations and Cases” and “Statistical Data” etc. have incorporated specific information release. Meanwhile, the new website keeps up with the time and the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center, focusing on shipping finance, the shipping service industry and other hot issues.

In addition, the new China Shipping Information Website has more powerful functions, adopting a real-time information release system. The site features intelligent search, convenient, accurate and comprehensive information inquiry, great rise in access speed, better stability, as well as enhanced classification and access control. The added user feedback has achieved the interaction between the site users and staff. The new site will also seek a breakthrough in marketing and advertising cooperation, aiming to build a win-win platform.

It is believed that the revised China Shipping Information Website will develop beyond the old version and become a best China-based and world-oriented shipping information portal, leading global shipping companies.
