During the survey and research by constituent organizations of the joint meeting of Shanghai shipping industrial association in Tianjin, Professor and SISI Secretary-General Zhen Hong and his group visited Yu Rumin, Chairman and Party Secretary of Tianjin Port (Group) Co., Ltd., and were warmly received. They conducted in-depth discussions on the connotation and developmental mechanism of the shipping center and the changes in the pattern of port competition, and put forward a number of forward-looking views. The two sides agreed on further cooperation and exchanges on shipping forums and research in the future.
