NORTH China's Huanghua port at the Bohai Sea coast handled 1.55 million tonnes of cargo and 7,699 TEU and more than 53 vessels in August, hitting a record high, says Xinhua.

The port moved 10.98 million tonnes of cargo with a year-on-year 51.4 per cent growth in throughput to and moved 42,957 TEUs in the first eight months.
