Held on the afternoon of June 17, 2011 at Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI), the “Seminar on Construction and Management of Knowledge Service-based Platform for Institutions of Higher Learning” featured the attendance of Deputy Director Yuan Wen of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and leaders from the Science & Technology Department of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Science & Technology Development Center as well as vice-presidents in charge of science & technology and industry from part of colleges and universities in Shanghai. SMU vice presidents Huang Youfang and Xiao Baojia also attended the Seminar.
