A group of exchange students from Massachusetts Maritime Academy came to Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI) for a visit on June 2, 2011 as part of their exchange program to Shanghai Maritime University (SMU). They were welcomed by Angela from the International Cooperation Department of SISI and part-timer graduate students of SMU.
The visiting exchange students, headed by Professor Sha Mei, Managing Deputy Directing of the Sino-US Shipping Economic Institute, were first briefed about SISI. Then students from two different cultural backgrounds enjoyed playing games together. Exchange students from the US were also rather interested in life here in China and enjoyed the Q&A part with their Chinese counterparts very much.
