Pacific Direct Line initiates dedicated New Zealand-Tahiti feeder service

    PACIFIC Direct Line, an affiliate of Singapore-based PIL, will re-introduce a dedicated New Zealand-Tahiti service, using the recently chartered 519-TEU Jule, reports Alphaliner.

    The new loop will take over from the New Zealand-Tahiti service currently ensured through slots on Maersk's south Pacific feeder service (OC-3) which calls at Auckland, Papeete, Auckland.
