THE Flight Safety Foundation (FSF) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) have announced that the foundation's 64th annual International Air Safety Seminar (IASS) will be held in Singapore from Tuesday to Thursday November 1-3.
More than 400 aviation safety professionals are expected to attend seminars on global aviation safety. "In addition to the usual high-quality technical presentations, we'll have panels and keynote speakers of broad interest," said FSF president William Voss.
Topics at this year's IASS will include how to handle fatigue and pilot training, as well as a close look at global challenges. Two panel discussions will examine runway excursions and functional check flights. It also includes a trade show with industry vendors and sponsors, a government statement said.
