The annual African Logistics Summit is opening early bird registration for the largest networking forum for the sector in Africa.
Delegates will include government officials, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, major ports and airports, engineering, mining and energy firms, and financiers.
"The African Logistics Summit has become a one-stop solutions shop for anyone running a major project anywhere in Africa or planning to enter a market that is hungry for goods and services and has enormous potential for expansion," said summit spokesman Ukata Christian.
Before the event on March 9, the annual meeting of pan-African freight forwarding group, African Cargo and Logistics Alliance (ACLA) which is represented in 53 African countries, will take place.
Registrations can be made online at the Summit website www.africanlogisticssummit.com. The site also includes links to a delegate and special guest list that will be regularly updated.
Sponsorship is already helping to subsidise the African delegates' registration fees. Registration includes conference and speaker information, networking breaks and welcome cocktail evening.
