MAERSK Line, the world's largest carrier, has announced it will increase the freight rates from east coast US to Far East, starting May 15.

    For cargo from Newark, Norfolk, Savannah, Miami and Mobile, the rates will be raised by US$90 for TEU and $100 for FEU and 45-footers.
