Kuehne + Nagel China has further expanded its wide range of value-added services and is among the first logistics companies to provide in-house quality control services in Shanghai.

    The modern, multi-purpose quality control centre is located in Kuehne + Nagel's container freight station (CFS), close to Shanghai's city centre and Waigaoqiao seaport.

 
    It is specially designed to cater to outsourced quality control activities and consists of individual rooms, allowing for enhanced flexibility in meeting the requirements of different market sectors, particularly garment and textile products.

    This broadened range of services also opens up additional synergies: Customers can benefit from reduced processing lead times and transportation costs due to the centralisation of all logistics activities into Kuehne + Nagel's CFS facilities in a non-bonded area.
