A NEW service between Taiwan and Chennai from Wan Hai, Evergreen and Interasia will start April 29 with the sailing of the Karin Schulte from Taichung, it has been announced.

    The TMT service will deploy four 1,300-TEU vessels with two from Wan Hai and one each from Evergreen and Interasia, said a Wan Hai statement.

    The service will run on a 28-day rotation, calling at Taichung, Keelung, Hong Kong, Hong Kong (mid-stream), Guangzhou-Nansha, Shenzhen-Shekou, Port Klang, Chennai, Penang, Port Klang, Singapore, Shenzhen-Yantian, Hong Kong and back to Taichung.
