Presided over by Deputy District Mayor Ying Mingyong of Hongkou District, the “2011 Spring Symposium of North Bund Shipping Functional Institutions” was held by Hongkou District People’s Government on February 16, 2011. The North Bund Shipping Service Cluster Office introduced the development of the Cluster. Secretary-General Professor Zhen Hong of Shanghai International Shipping Institute was invited to the symposium, and expressed views on the development of the Cluster.
