1. Prof. Zhen Hong has never participated in the editing of the "Implementation Manual of the Latest Administrative Regulations on Port Operations" and has never served as the Director of Editing Committee of this book.

2. Upon verification, the "Implementation Manual of the Latest Administrative Regulations on Port Operations" has completely pirated the textbook Port Management edited by Prof. Zhen Hong and is sold at a high price.
