International container transport service platform on line across 9 provinces and 40 cities
Date:2024-09-17 Readers:
According to CCTV news reports, recently, the international container transport service platform (container transport MaaS) system is officially online. The platform is a unified public service platform with port services at its core, cracking the cross-body, cross-sector and cross-region data sharing problems that have long plagued the industry, promoting data interconnection and interoperability in the field of container transport, helping to build a more optimised and open and transparent port and shipping ecosystem, promoting the digital development of the port and shipping economy, improving the shipping centre's energy level, and empowering the construction of Shanghai's international shipping centre.

It is reported that the platform deeply integrates shipping trade blockchain, distributed storage computing and other advanced technologies to create ‘one-door enquiry’, ‘one-stop service’, ‘integrated empowerment’ and ‘one-single system operation’. The four one-service system of ‘one single system operation’ integrates the ‘whole chain’ logistics information of container transport, establishes the ‘all-integrated’ business handling portal, and realises the ‘all-enabling’ mode of mutual recognition. ‘The company will provide digital supply chain services for all kinds of market players in the ‘whole ecosystem’.

All kinds of users in the port and shipping ecosystem, including cargo owners, shipping companies, port operators, logistics enterprises and government regulators, can log on to the CITIC MaaS webpage (www.tmaas.com.cn) or download the CITIC MaaS App for one-stop enquiry of ship dynamics, port operations, cargo status, rail-water intermodal transport, public-water intermodal transport, dangerous goods loading points and other key information, which basically realises the key information of 18 nodes, 18 points, 18 points, 18 nodes, 18 nodes of the container transport export process. It basically realises the tracking data query of container trucks and ships in 18 nodes of the export process and 14 nodes of the import process of international container transport, and successfully builds a sea-railway intermodal logistics information network spanning 9 provinces and 40 cities. It reduces the trouble of logging into different systems or platforms, greatly improves the efficiency of information acquisition, and realises the new service of ‘one-door enquiry’.

According to reports, the platform blockchain paperless single function, for the construction of a credible data sharing network between the various parties involved, will change the single process from the original 1-2 days compressed to 3-4 minutes; in a tamper-proof way to enhance the reliability of the business process, significantly enhance the platform system of evidence preservation capabilities. This innovation will effectively crack the enterprise account opening and registration process is long and complex as well as electronic release process traceability difficulties and other pain points difficult problems. For the user to bring efficient, fast ‘one-stop’ new experience.

In addition, the platform also deeply integrates massive data inside and outside the port area to build a highly simulated virtual environment, which can not only accurately predict the volume of inbound containers in the port area, promote the optimal allocation of resources in front of the port area, and effectively alleviate the congestion on the roads, at the same time, the system also supports a comprehensive insight into the trajectory of collector trucks around the port area and the parking pattern, providing detailed data support for the traffic management department to help it take a more accurate and efficient traffic guidance and parking management strategy, promoting the ‘one-stop’ brand new experience. Parking management strategies, promoting the new governance of ‘integration and empowerment’.
