Danish shipping company Torm has signed an agreement to sell its Panamax dry cargo vessel TORM Charlotte, built in 2005, for USD 35mn (EUR 23.32mn), which generates a USD 9mn profit. After the sale, Torm's fleet consists of 64 production tankers and two dry cargo vessels, Logistics Finland informs.
