On the afternoon of November 9, 2011, the Third Chairman Meeting of the First Council of Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI) was held in the Institute.

Presided over by Vice President Huang Youfang of Shanghai Maritime University, the meeting commenced with the secretary-general, deputy secretary-general and relevant personnel of SISI submitting annual work reports, the revision of “Council Constitution”, adjustment in director members and supplementary list of Expert Committee, and financial statements. The president members showed no objection to the reported issues, in addition to putting forward pertinent and constructive comments on the development of SISI. Mr. Huang delivered the concluding speech, setting forth higher requirements on SISI’s future work.
