On the afternoon of September 5, 2011, the Proposal Presentation of 2011 International Shipping Center Special Research Projects under Shanghai Municipal Government Decision-Making and Consulting Projects (hereinafter referred to as the “2011 Shipping Special Projects”), was held in the conference room on the 3rd floor of Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI). Experts represented by Qian Zhi, Division Chief of the Reform Research Division of the Development Research Center of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, and Wu Sugui, Division Chief of Scientific Research Division of the Center, as well as members of seven research project groups attended the Presentation.
    The experts listened closely to the research outline, schedule and investigation plan reported by each project group, and put forward comments and suggestions in the light of the research requirements for each group by “2011 Shipping Special Projects”. All groups expressed their willingness to complete their research projects within the specified time and with the desired quantity in strict accordance with the requirements of “2011 Shipping Special Projects”.
